A 24 hour
"on call" Nottinghamshire facility that provides a medical examination for
rape and serious sexual assaults. The examination can take place up to 7
days after the attack and is available to women and men, with or without
reporting to the Police. Victims are able to talk through their available
choices, without the fear of losing the option to give forensic evidence.
Access is also provided to trained support workers, GUM clinics and ongoing
counselling.
